Dungeon Hire
The fetish studio is available for hire as an equipped working dungeon.
With a range of fetish furniture, wall fixings and smaller implements
for use in bondage and BDSM and other fetish scenarios.
Located in a detached building on Chanterlands Avenue, HU5 3TL.10 minutes
outside of Hull city centre. There is free on street parking outside the studio
without time restrictions. Located within a residential area with hotels/B&B's
and eateries nearby if required, many within walking distance.
Payments for services other than studio hire & to models may NOT take place on the premises. Please be aware that the studios are in a single brick wall building within a residential
area. Loud noises can be heard on the outside so please keep noise to a minimum.
All persons entering the dungeon must at least 18 years of age.

There is a changing room adjacent to the dungeon with a vanity counter & stool, full length mirror, rail & shelves to hang clothes, a hairdryer and ironing facilities.
There is a cold water supply only. Should hot water be a necessity, the kettle can be used. There are a number of electric heaters throughout the premises.
There is a boombox style music system that can be moved throughout the studio. It has the capacity to play from the radio, cd's, ipods or phones using the AV cable.
